[Guren makes his way over to the forest. He'd spent the night at a house in Bluo (Mika really won't be able to avoid him in any particular district), but he returned home to deal with one of his housemates turning to stone before he went to his hidden apothecary and bled into a few bottles.

He has them in his jacket pocket, now, and he comes to a stop just a few feet from the edge of the forest, where they'd been before. From there, he waits. Mika is going to have to come out to get that blood.

Guren is wondering how long it's been for him.]

[Despite how much he'd like, Mika knows he can't avoid Guren - the town isn't that large and they have to meet up every three days or so anyway. So unless he decides to spend all of his time out in the forest he'll be seeing more of the man than he wants.

Admittedly, Mika did spend most of his first night out there but did wander back to find the computer Guren spoke of and looked around on the forums. Even talked to a few individuals on it. No one knows it's him behind the code so it's a good way to get information. Which is how he found out that Guren is the leader of the Defense Force here. A terrible position for him to be in. At least in Mika's opinion. It means Guren has minions and potentially people to keep an eye on the vampires in town. Hard to tell when he's out in the forest because it seems something is watching him all of the time anyway.

Mika is not in a much better mood today... maybe just a little if only because he hasn't been bugged by a bunch of random humans already. Still, meeting up with Guren does not put him in a good mood. But it's something he has to do and he leaves the relatively safety of the trees to approach. He stops within arm's reach of the human.]

Let's get this over with. [If he comes and goes via the forest, Guren won't find out where he lives for a while longer.]

You don't have to be so short about it.

[Guren reaches into his jacket pocket to procure the blood. It's red, colored despite the rest of this world, visible in this vial. Hmm, he was able to get a vial even in this place, it seems. There's enough to last him the three days until they meet up again, no extra.

He's trying to do the same for Crowley, after all, so he can't really afford all of it at once. He doesn't offer it out just yet.]

So, it's only been one night, but have you spoken to anyone?

I apologize if I'm not looking forward to tasting your blood. [Said in such a monotone voice that clearly states he isn't sorry at all.

His eyes examine that bottle and the red liquid inside but Mika doesn't make a move to take it. With Guren it won't be that easy, he knows. But it's nice to know that blood has color because as much as he's not looking forward to drinking the blood of this particular human, he'd been less enthusiastic about it after learning that things without color tasted horrible.

As for the amount in the bottle, he doesn't complain either. He isn't going to be storing excess blood in a fridge so others mistake it for something else so it's better this way.]

Not that it's any of your business but yes, I have. [Is this the price for the blood? Answering Guren's questions or meeting people.] Most of them might be annoying but they had information.

You don't have a choice right now.

[It's not about looking forward to it. And he doesn't want to hear what it tastes like, either. Other, grosser vampires have already done that plenty. This isn't the cost, since he'd hand over the blood anyway, but of course he's going to ask for information before he does.

Otherwise, Mika might just run away again.]

Practically all of them fit into Yuu's little friend group, so don't tell me they're annoying just because you're losing your emotions, vampire. [Please. He holds out the vials.] Interaction is good for you. That's all.

No, I don't.

[It doesn't matter what it actually tastes like - Mika will claim it's the most horrible blood he's ever had. He won't be creepy about it like other certain vampires are. Of course Guren has to hand it over eventually but that doesn't mean he won't hold it hostage for a while.

Mika won't run away, he has questions and snarky remarks to make.]

All of his little friend group are annoying too and always has been so I hardly think it has anything to do with that. [When the vials are held out, he takes them but doesn't drink one then and there.] Did you tell Yuu-chan that too?

I told him to make friends. And I told him to think of them as his new family.

[Guren's hand drops back to his side as he watches Mika evenly.] He's stronger because of it.

Hm. [Maybe Yuu is stronger but he's too reckless on their behalf. Handing himself over to both the monsters within him and becoming something else. Wanting to bring their long-dead siblings back to life and letting himself be used. Everything about it is something Mika has already told Yuu.] He's an idiot. For trusting you.

[Guren has already destroyed the world for the sake of a few people - family or not - and now he's put the idea in Yuu's head to do the same. What will be the price be to resurrect all of those who died from the virus?]

I hear he's not the only idiot you've collected. Seems a lot of people here let you lead the Defense Force. Are you calling them family too?

[He says it firmly, unwavering as he stares into Mika's eyes. Go ahead, challenge him on his cute family!!] You could be part of it too, if you stopped isolating yourself. I'm not asking you to follow me, or even to trust me right now. I'm just organizing it. That's all.

[He knows he won't be believed, but he'll offer it anyway.]

If you say so.

[He won't. Let Guren claim however many people he wants as family, it doesn't make them Mika's family too. But if that's the case those people are both screwed and yet not at the same time - hard to tell which direction it will swing in the end.] You're one of the last people I'd want in my family. It's bad enough you've got Yuu-chan following you around willing to risk his life or more for your stupid plan.

["Bring back all those killed by the virus," Guren says. But what will it cost to bring all those people back? How many died for just the handful that were resurrected the first time?]

It's a stupid plan that he believes in.

[Just, for the record. He doesn't disagree with everything Mika says. He know he did wrong, he knows he's used Yuu, but at the same time, Yuu is exactly the type of person to do this. Guren sees himself in him.]
